- Only upload photos you own of food and drinks you actually sell.
- You can use the photos you make for your business, including commercially.
- You are responsible for following each delivery app’s photo rules.
- Packs are one-time payments; the Kitchen Plan renews monthly until you cancel.
- The service is provided as-is, and our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Who we are
Menu Photo Enhancer (menuphotoenhancer.com) (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm you can accept them for that business.
Your photos and what you confirm
When you upload a photo you confirm that:
- you own the photo or have the rights to use it;
- it shows a real food or drink item that you actually sell, as you serve it;
- it contains no people and nothing that breaks our acceptable use policy.
You keep all rights in your original photos. You give us a limited license to store and process them only to provide the service.
Photos you make
Subject to these terms, you may use the photos you create with the service for any lawful purpose, including commercial use on delivery apps, menus, websites, social media and ads. Free previews include a watermark; HD files without a watermark are available after you unlock them.
Results are re-rendered by AI from your photo. We instruct the system to keep your dish unchanged, but results can contain mistakes. Check every photo before you publish it. If a result doesn't look like your dish, use the free redo described in our refund policy.
Delivery apps and marketplaces
DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub and other platforms have their own photo rules and may accept, reject or replace photos at their discretion. You are responsible for following their rules. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies, and their trademarks belong to their owners.
Payments, photos and the Kitchen Plan
Prices are in US dollars. Photo packs are one-time payments and their photos do not expire. The Kitchen Plan is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until you cancel from your account; photos you already received stay yours after you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Refunds follow our refund policy.
Free photos
We offer a limited number of free photos every 30 days, per browser and per network. We may change or end free photos at any time, and we may limit access if we see abuse.
Acceptable use
You agree to follow our acceptable use policy. We may suspend or close accounts that break it, without a refund for photos used to break it.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any platform will accept your photos.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
