Refund Policy

Photo packs

If you haven't used any photos from a pack, we refund it in full within 14 days of purchase.

If you've used some, we refund the unused photos pro rata within 14 days of purchase. Example: 30 unused photos from a 40-photo Menu Pack ($39) = $29.25 back.

Kitchen Plan

Cancel anytime from your account; the plan stops renewing at the end of the current month and the photos you received stay yours.

If you haven't used any photos from the current month, we refund that month in full when you ask within 7 days of the renewal. Once any of the month's photos are used, that month isn't refundable.

Results that don’t look like your dish

Tap “Doesn't look like my dish” under the result. We refund that photo and redo it free with the same look. If the redo is still wrong, email hello@menuphotoenhancer.com with the photo and we refund that photo.

Photos that fail to come out are never charged.

How to ask

Email hello@menuphotoenhancer.com from the address you paid with. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually show up in 5 to 10 business days.

Exceptions

Accounts closed for breaking our acceptable use policy aren't refunded for photos used in breach of it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
