Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated October 17, 2026
The short version
- Only food and drink you actually sell.
- No people or faces in the photo.
- Only photos you took or have the rights to.
- Never use it to make food look like a different item.
What it’s for
Menu Photo Enhancer is for restaurants, cafes, food trucks, ghost kitchens and other food businesses to improve photos of the real food and drinks they sell, so customers see what they'll actually get.
What you can’t do
- Upload photos of food or drinks you don't sell, or that aren't served the way they look in the photo.
- Upload photos of people, faces, hands as the subject, or anyone's personal information.
- Upload photos you don't own or have rights to, including competitors' photos, stock photos or photos from other menus.
- Use the results to make an item look bigger, different or better than what customers receive, or to misrepresent a dish on a marketplace.
- Upload or create sexual, violent, hateful or illegal content, weapons, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
- Resell the service in bulk, scrape it, automate it through scripts, or try to get around free-photo limits or security checks.
Dish names
Dish names should describe the dish. We block names that break these rules, and we may refuse photos that do.
What happens if the rules are broken
We may refuse a photo, remove share links, or suspend or close an account. Accounts closed for breaking these rules aren't refunded for photos used to break them. To report misuse, contact us.
